I found these young children enjoying their first ice cream of the season in Old Town in Fort Collins. Temperatures were in the low 50’s yesterday so lots of people were in shorts, shirt sleeves, riding bicycles, and eating ice cream.

Monte, nice shot. Long ago my father bought my, at that time, very young daugher her first ice cream cone. It was a hot day but she proceeded to lick and eat that ice cream without dripping or wasting a single drop. That amazed and pleased my father to no end as he loved his ice cream and hated to ever see any go to waste. Thanks for the memory. 🙂

Which state is this in that they have temps in the 50’s? I’m jealous!

This is in Colorado. I was out there this past week and experienced some very nice weather.
