This image is from yesterday evening and taken at the Red Fox Meadows parking lot. I noticed the clouds on my way to the grocery store as I was almost out of chocolate and peanut butter. The photographer in me had to stop!
This morning our cloudy skies brought a gentle soft rain, the smell of spring rains but warm temperatures. Robins greeted me with their happy song as I left my condo this morning. Hope you have a great Spring Day!
Took a walk this past Sunday along the Red Fox Meadows nature trail. Mostly cloudy day but so enjoyable and much needed time in nature to clear the thinking. It also provides the exercise my body and spirit need. I find it fascinating when scenes appear that catch my attention and become an image for me. I feel like a child discovering something new. Processed this image with one of the presets in Silver EFEX Pro. Made a tone curve adjustment then posted it.

The city has worked on the Red Fox Meadows Nature area over the past 3-5 years. I just happened to be near the area and noticed the added improvements and turned car around to check it out. They have improved the walking path from the muddy trails to pea size gravel, added some fencing and signs in the restoration areas and a bathroom. I was impressed. I was also impressed with the sun as it rose above the trees to start it’s task of warming up the day. And, this park is only three blocks away. I’ll be back!
