My favourite flower, and so difficult to keep alive where I live. I have one that I bring in over the winter, but it barely survives indoors, the poor plant.

I do sorely miss my hibiscus. They thrive in the Los Angeles area and I was fortunate to have a good sized tree in our yard. This is a wonderfully different way to photograph the flower. Outstanding!
