I’d really like to get into this habit, I keep telling myself I want to, but I have a hard time making the commitment. Too many little other projects going on I guess.
It’s taken time, years in fact, to get where the journal and pen are a daily part of my life, even if its just carrying them with me. It is a commitment anyone is capable of doing.
You’re right, Tom. I never really saw that distinction between old and new. Im of the opinion anyone can journal daily, exercise daily, pray and meditate daily, make their bed daily. We each have our own daily disciplines.

I love the relationship between the “vintage” Kindle and the journal with pen in this photograph.
To journal the way you do requires dedication and perseverance. Not everyone is cut out for it, I fear! But I admire your efforts. 😉
