“The presence of those seeking the truth is infinitely to be preferred to the presence of those who think they’ve found it.”
Terry Pratchett
I continue to journal because I’m a seeker, not necessarily for knowledge and answers, but for a thin thread of wisdom.

Love the brown ink! Good luck with that wisdom thing. 😉

I love the brown inks as they match the cream colored pages of my journals. And they’re just Kool looking. Yes, seeking wisdom the illusive feminine along with the masculine knowledge, is my prayer. I say that based on the statement by Bede Griffiths that “…there are two fundamental dimensions of human nature: the male and the female — the masculine, rational, active, dominating power of the mind, and the feminine, intuitive, passive and receptive power.”

I also like the combination with the cream pages – I guess I never thought of that, but seems a perfect application for fountain pens. (which I believe you could teach a master class in!)

It’s interesting how the colors and shading of the inks can increase the desire to write. Some inks are loved because of they are well saturated while some writers prefer a lighter ink, or one that shades well. It’s an amazing world of its own.

I imagine you’ve developed a preference for journals also? I know some have bleed-thru issues which can be distracting.

Yes, the journal I use is called LEUCHTTURM1917 classic A5 lined hardcover notebook. It has two ribbon page markers and uses 80g/m² acid-free paper. None of my pens bleed through.
