Not sure how you feel but I have wanted my millions of followers of this blog to have the option to receive notification through email anytime I posted something new and exciting on my blog. So, I tried two different plugins and had difficulty getting either one of them to do what I wanted. I never could figure them out, nor did I feel comfortable with them, nor did I understand all the terminology, nor did it seem simple. So, I decided the best way to keep it simple was not have any of it. When I’m honest about it, I want the half dozen people who do read my blog to just drop by when they want or use an RSS feed. Yes, keep’n it simple.

Cute little prairie dog. Yes, simple is best, especially these days. Have a lovely weekend, Monte. I trust snow is not in your forecast. 😉

Pineridge Natural Area has a large community of prairie dogs. When I walk along the water’s edge on the west die of the reservoir I get to spend closer time with them. No snow in the forecast but could see some rain. I’ll take the rain. Hope you have a wonderful time with family and friends for the weekend.

I read your photo blog ever day. It is part of my morning routine. That way, whether I see you or talk to you, I still have a connection with you. Love you!

Thank you for being a follower and for commenting. It does mean a lot to me. You are right as it does keep some connection going between. My youngest granddaughter checks it out regularly but has not ventured into commenting, yet. Hope you guys have a great weekend!

I like simplicity also, although I do like email notifications of replies to comments. Sometimes it just helps me keep up.
Sincerely,

I would like to know what plugin you are using for email post notifications. I want it to be simple!!!

It is Subscribe To Comments Reloaded. It seems relatively easy to use, but there are a lot of options.

I use that plugin for comments but I don’t see where people can subscribe to email notifications of new posts with that plugin.
