Yesterday morning I arrived at Blendon Woods Metro Park just as they opened the gates so I pretty much had the park to myself, everyone else was in bed or the shower. The morning dew had done it’s work of art so it was my pleasure to find a few images to add to my library.

Monte, beautiful detailed shot with a perfect DOF — love this gentle green. The behavior of water never ceases to amaze me. Have a good weekend.

Thanks, Earl. I agree the art created by nature with water is amazing. This scene is serene and peaceful yet the water falling over Niagara Falls is energy and power. And, I hope you and Bonnie have a great weekend.

This is a lovely macro, very nicely done.

Thanks, Mary Ann. I sure had a difficult time getting back up after working on this image. 🙂

Wouldn’t it be cool if you could shrink yourself down to the size of the smaller dewdrops and see this big huge reflecting sphere in front of you? I know – strange – but this image just made me think of that! 🙂

Oh, that would be cool and not strange at all! The macro world is so distant for most of us because we never get down low and check it out.

Wonderful! Will that drop eventually roll off? I like the angle you choose to frame the image from.

I smile because I headed back out there this morning as we had rain during the night, to spend more time with my macro lens. I found a blade of grass with two droplets of dew and got off a few images before one of them fell. Thanks for stopping by, again, Ove.
