I’ve begun to realize that you can listen to silence and learn from it. It has a quality and a dimension all its own.

What an almost perfect reflection. It’s a beautiful photo! As for the quote, I find silence these days as the steady hum of tinnitus and it also has a quality and dimension of its own.

I seem to be drawn to more silence. That my be because of the increase in man’s machines that create so much more noise. It’s almost impossible to find utter silence. I was walking in one of the natural areas yesterday when I could hear the hum of traffic in the distance while above me was an airplane. With a heavy fog this morning and can have some possible snow later this evening. Enjoy your weekend!
