I found a car show this past weekend and since I happen to have my camera with me I stopped and wandered aimlessly around. There are still some hard core collectors out there and anxious to share stories with you. I say some older model cars along side the newer model so we could see the difference in the changes.
I was surprised at how many memories awakened of those years that seem so long ago. I used to own a 56 Chevrolet 4 door sedan. Paid $165 for back in 1967. It had a the small 265 V8 engine. Man I wish I had that car.

And we sometimes think photography is an expensive hobby! Nice shots Monte…I would have stopped and wandered about as well.

I’ve never really been into cars and you definitely don’t want me wrenching on it. 🙂 I can just imagine the money spent and all the labor put into these cars. Lots of pride there!

I’ve never been a gearhead, but I do appreciate a fine automobile. The ’32 Ford was a honey.

They all are honeys, especially when they sit next to my old clunker with faded paint, scratches, dents, trim missing, cracked windshield. At least no one will want to steal my car. 🙂

I’m not that much of a online reader to be honest but your sites really nice, keep it up! I’ll go ahead and bookmark your website to come back down the road. Cheers
