“This is the other secret that real artists know and wannabe writers don’t. When we sit down each day and do our work, power concentrates around us. The Muse takes note of our dedication. She approves. We have earned favor in her sight. When we sit down and work, we become like a magnetized rod that attracts iron filings. Ideas come. Insights accrete.”
― Steven Pressfield
Sometimes patterns seem to appear from nowhere. What inspired me to see these shadows? Was my muse walking beside me offering vision?

Your Muse is doing a fine job. I wonder if I could borrow her for a little while since my Muse seemed to go on permanent vacation.

Our muses seem to wander off every once in a while but they always come back.

Oooooh, that’s nice, Monte. Shadow Man strikes again! 🙂

Shadow Man? Well, I would suspect most avid photographers will see more shadows and patterns then those who take snapshots or live on a couch.
