We find people stumbling through life while looking down at their smart phones and texting. So, while looking up and having morning coffee, I enjoyed seeing a cloudless blue sky. Glad I wasn’t texting. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Blue, blue sky! I notice some interesting brick patterns as well in this building. Have a good weekend my friend!

Thanks, Earl, and hope you and Bonnie enjoy your weekend also. I’m heading to the airport for work in about an hour.

I really love the angles in this photo, as well as how the glass and brick work together to create patterns and contrast (the lower part of the building almost looking like a checkerboard, and the upper part looking like mowed grass or a long field–in addition to the cool patterns of the brick itself). My only issue is the glare in the square window on the far right–any way to edit that?

Thank you, my friend. Strange how the angles and lines pulls my eye away from the glare in the window. It seemed insignificant until now. 🙂

Oh, yeah! It’s become quite the norm. I must admit to having done it myself. Now, if I feel the need to text while walking, I simply ‘pull over’ to the side, lean against a wall, text, then move on. There have been a number of occasions here in downtown where folks have almost walked right into me while texting.

🙂 I see it at the airport everyday. We almost walk through life without seeing the “real” world.

Great graphical image Monte. I can imagine texting while looking up this way might pose some problems. Perhaps you need to experiment and have someone film you? 🙂

First I need to make sure my insurance is paid up. 🙂
