Fall Colors in Poudre Canyon

Aspens and blue skies near Chambers Lake in the Poudre Canyon

Well, I believe Tom and Kathy are on their way to Wyoming continuing their adventure in visiting all 50 states. Yesterday we drove up the Poudre Canyon almost to Cameron Pass in search for aspens and the fall colors. We had a beautiful day. We were not disappointed. And, I did my best to be a bad influence and talked them into eating blueberry pie and ice cream at the Glen Echo Resort in Rustic. Enjoyed the visit and hope you enjoy the rest of your trip. Drive safely!

More colors along the mountains in the Canyon

Retired. Having fun with photography. Journal daily. Meditate daily. Learning haiku/poetry. Have a love for fountain pens.

The blueberry pie was delicious but I wish that either you or Kathy had talked me out of the onions on that chili! Other than that it was a great day! We really enjoyed spending a few days with you. It is good to have friends in distant places – gives us reasons to return besides just the pie! 😉

They brought that chili and Kathy and I could smell the onions 10 feet away. Hope your drive up to Buffalo was enjoyable and pleasant. It was great having you two visit and getting in some photography.
