I would like to invite all who read this post to add to this short list above those things which you are grateful for. You do not need to add them in the comments necessarily but maybe find a piece of paper and write them down as you go through the day. Sunshine and blue skies here. Happy Monday!

Gratefulness seems to be dynamic. During my daily life moments, I will experience/recognize conditions that may or may not directly affect me, and I will often silently feel gratitude for my state. I try to be kind in thought and deed to those who have less.
I hope you’re having a good day, Monte!

Thank you, my friend! I have had a good day with doctor appointments then lunch with my sister. I also have those life moments. I am grateful for those who reach out when times are difficult, especially when it is a care package with chicken noodle soup. I hope I also am able to do the same. Again, thank you two!

I’m grateful for each morning, and for my health, which could be better but could also be much worse. And for my family’s health.

Yes! Absolutely good things to be grateful for.

a warm dog on my foot, a cool breeze on a hot day, the smell of the forest, sound of water, glimmering light through trees …

That’s great news Mark. It is a great practice.

I love how thinking of things such as gratitude casts a positive light on our outlook. I am grateful for many things, but most of all: friends & family far and near and a loving wife to share life with.

Well said, Tom. I can be grateful when things are moving along smoothly. But, our real challenge is to be grateful when life is difficult. Have a super Awesome day!
