Happy Valentines Day

Light snow is falling while students wait for bus on a cold February morning

“When it’s over, I want to say: all my life
I was a bride married to amazement.
I was the bridegroom, taking the world into my arms.

When it is over, I don’t want to wonder
if I have made of my life something particular, and real.
I don’t want to find myself sighing and frightened,
or full of argument.

I don’t want to end up simply having visited this world.”
Mary Oliver

Retired. Having fun with photography. Journal daily. Meditate daily. Learning haiku/poetry. Have a love for fountain pens.

I love the Mary Oliver quote…we should all be so lucky. Enjoy the opportunity to make winter snow photos, before you know it the next season will be upon us. Have a wonderful weekend, Monte.

We have had snow on the ground since Thanksgiving. I’m actually done with it but it does offer great photo opportunities. I like these small 2 inch storms about every 2-3 days then have it quickly melt. They are predicting more on Monday. Hope you have a super Awesome weekend, also!
