There is such a powerful eloquence in silence. True genius is knowing when to say nothing, to allow the experience, the moment itself, to carry the message, to say what needs to be said. Words are less important, less effective than feeling. When you can sit in perfect silence with someone, you truly know how to communicate.

An approach that more of us should take. Thanks for the reminder! 😉

I am slowly learning how to be in silence, to quiet down. I am enjoying more of both internal and external silence, needing both. Have a wonderful day!

I had forgotten this truth in some very real ways, Monte. Especially with my Higher Power. It is still hard for me to sit in silence indoors. I shall practice this peace giving truth today. Blessings.

Rest assured you are not the only one who forgets this truth. In my experience the more silence I practice the more I gravitate to it, indoors or outdoors. It’s and essential part of my life now. I hope you have a wonderful day!!!!
