Sunset at the Arapaho Bend Nature area. Taken while sitting on the ground and fighting mosquitoes. I lost. This is a composite of three images and processed with HDR Efex Pro then tweaked in Lightroom 4. It’s different.

Doesn’t seem fair to go from snow to mosquitos in such a short time (I do realize we’re talking different locations). Mosquitos tend to take the fun out of just about everything. Nice result, though, if that’s any consolation.

Tom, Ill take the skeeters for now. It was a reminder to wear the long sleeve shirt. I enjoyed watching the sunset, though. I’m not too pleased with this image and actually wish I’d not posted it. A single image would have done just fine and really showed what I saw.

Wish we had sunsets like this one!

And, you do have such sunsets out your way, I’ve seen them. This is enhanced a bit because of the HDR manipulation. The colors were a but more muted.

Well, I like it, my friend!

Thanks. I’m going to have to post a single image and show what it really looked like. This one is not representative of the original.
