I discovered this couple leaning against each other and watching the sun set while I was hanging around Pikes Market in Seattle a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday I was enjoying the sunshine and 87 degree temperatures while visiting my parents. I flew back to Colorado this morning where it is cloudy and 34 degrees with the possibility of 3-5 inches of snow by morning.

We had as much as 8 inches along the Front Range last week plus the expect 3-5 inches tonight. You might say Winter is already here.

you were in Seattle? I’d of bought dinner if I’d known. 🙂

I would have let you buy!!!! I actually thought about it but my intentions were to hit the streets solo. I will give you a shout next time and may even venture over to Port Townsend. It’s been a few years since I was there.

A lovely shot, Monte. You sure do change environments quickly. 😉

Makes my head spin at times. I’ve had passengers ask me where I was last night and it was a total blank. Had to look at the schedule in my pocket to tell them. Sheesh! I’ll be in DC tomorrow night, I think. 🙂

Oh, boy, talk about grabbing the magic moment. The exposure is lovely. I mean this only as a sincere compliment: This would be an outstanding picture for a card expressing love.

Never thought of using it as a card but you have a good idea there. I was able to get about four images before leaving them and this is the only one where they are leaning against each other. I was at the right place at the right time and had a camera.

It feels like a Happy Anniversary card, for one. Terrific storytelling.

It was a good moment for me. The lady next to me was smiling as I took this image. She liked it also.
