I did not watch the Super Bowl, just not that interested in it. However, Colorado does have a few Bronco fans as you can tell in the above sign. As, I rode the bus yesterday I could not believe how many orange and blue clothing people owned. Enjoy your week.

I already have my co-workers confused because they know I don’t own a television and I don’t care about sports. Of course in Charlotte that’s all anyone could talk about for weeks. Friday afternoon I joked that I was going to go out and buy a TV, but then someone speculated that the game would be available online. It was, but I still didn’t watch.
I’ve been amazed at the amount of Panther gear people own – again being too frugal to spend money on stuff I’d never wear, it’s actually a bit troubling. We were down/uptown last weekend, and there were so many people going to the team shop at the stadium it looked like there was a game! But I speculated that this off-season would be a great time to change all the uniforms and logos, because then they could sell the same stuff to the same people again next year. Oh well, these are the same people that buy Lowe’s out of snow shovels and ice melt whenever there is a winter forecast. I wonder what they do with all that stuff? 🙂

Thanks, Tom. Something I wonder about is all the stuff made for the losers, expecting to be the winners. There must be a lot it made but then something else done with it. As for me and the game, I did check my phone a half dozen times to see the score. 🙂

Good point. You know there’s a bunch of that stuff, and it doesn’t end up at Goodwill!
I’ll also admit to checking the score! 😉
