More Snow Bubbles

“If we are to see a true reawakening to the sacredness of the Earth and harness the deepest energy of our being to serve this awareness, we need a strong inner authority in our own souls to challenge the religious, political, and social systems that have recklessly ignored or denied this sacredness and are imperiling the very future of the world.”

John Philip Newell, Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul

I write this post from the warmth of a coffee shop with a beautifully crafted mocha latte in front of me. We had a magnificent Colorado sunrise that brought a smile to my face and a spark of joy in my heart. This past snowfall gave us a taste of the beauty of our winter wonderland. We still have cold temperatures but with the help of the suns rays, the snow melts, offering its life source into the soil. I love the sacredness and beauty nature offers, even snow bubbles.

Retired. Having fun with photography. Journal daily. Meditate daily. Learning haiku/poetry. Have a love for fountain pens.

SNOW BUBBLES! How wonderful! A new one to me, Monte, and brought me the giant smile and giggle I needed after coming in from shoveling snow and feeling quite winded and weak. I love shoveling snow, but my lack of fitness is showing terribly. The JOY of this photo is quickly restoring my being. Blessings.

I posted a similar image a couple weeks ago and Faye referred to them as snow bubbles. I liked it and used it for this post. Glad it touched you and that giant smile you always seem to carry around. One of the gifts of living in this condo is not having to shovel snow. ❄️ However, this past snowstorm the guys who clean the snow left a shovel on my porch so I did get to use it the next day. I also suffer from lack of fitness and it also shows. Listening to my body is key to knowing when to back off of too much exercise. You,my friend bring me joy!

Love the snow bubbles! I feel relief at not having to rake leaves, or use a leaf blower. It’s a balmy 26° here this morning so I’m grateful to be retired, staying inside my cozy apartment.

Glad you like the snow bubbles, Faye! We weren’t much colder than you were this morning. Nice heavy frost, beautiful red sunrise. It’s a good morning. May you have a wonderful day.
