I turn 60 next year. Genetically, I will either not make it or, if I do, live to my eighties; such has been my family history: die before 60 or live to 80. I figured that if I make it past 60, after a lifetime of eating well, regular exercise and no bad habits, I will be spoiling myself a lot since twenty or so years is too short a time for bad habits to have an impact
I can see quite a few cherry bostoks et al in my future, though truth be told, I started “spoiling” myself a year or so ago. With my family history, why take the chance of missing out
