Met this friend at Blendon Woods park last Tuesday morning while on a walk. I watched as he nibbled on the weeds, even got a series of six images where you can see him take in a weed until it disappears. Reminded me of someone eating spaghetti.

I walk our two dogs early each morning through our neighborhood and rabbits such as this have more than once been the cause of an almost dislocated shoulder as the dogs try and take after them. 😉
Nice sharp shot, Monte.

LOL! Fortunately, Hobbs is a small guy, but he can generate a terrific amount of force. He loves to chase rabbits, too. Has never caught one, but loves the chase.
Monte: Isn’t wonderful to just sit and watch them? I really like it. Also, some of them will ‘freeze’ if they see you looking, thinking that if they don’t move, you can’t see them. Lots of opportunities for portraits. 🙂

They know how to meditate. LOL And, yes they do seem to freeze with the belief we don’t see them. A wonderful time is had by all!

LOL This was a nice experience as I just stood there and worked at a few angles but mostly just watched. It was interesting to see the series of images of the little one as the flower disappeared into his mouth. Have a super day!
