As you can tell from this image I am in a very different place than my last post which included rain and snow and cold. I arrived Sunday afternoon in Phoenix to much warmer temperatures and the warm embrace of family. My brother-in-law, John, cooked up a chicken on the new grill for dinner. We sat on the patio in shorts sleeves to eat. I snapped a photo of these Palm trees just after the sun set from their patio. They live in Sun City Grand, Arizona. I think I’m going to enjoy my time down here and be present to family and the food.

There’s nothing like seeing a palm tree when the weather at home is nasty.

Glad I could enhance your day. Stay dry and warm.

Just the thing to keep the chill away for a while, I think.

Even though the temperatures are warmer than Colorado, it is cool. I’ve had to put on a light jacket each evening. I’m okay with that. 🙂

Gorgeous silhouettes and love those palm trees. Enjoy…

They seem to catch my eye. Probably because I’m not around them very often. And, I am enjoying myself!

Yes. This is certainly not the grand plains. 🙂 Looks downright tropical, Monte. 🙂 Enjoy the weather and family.

I am so far. Cooler today with cloud cover but the temperature is wonderful, short sleeve shirt is on. A winter storm warning is in out for Colorado. So, I’m in a good place.
