leaving my condo, had a glimpse
ms
of pink clouds on eastern sunrise but,
chose instead a mocha latte in a comfy chair
sat with morning sunshine and shadows
watched over by the rhinoceros
I experienced the flu like symptoms of the Pfizer vaccine yesterday afternoon. So, I went to bed around 8:30 pm and slept like a baby. One of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in quite some time and feel really good this morning. As I left the condo there was no way I would make it to the natural area in time to capture the pink clouds and thus settled on the comfort of the local coffee shop with the rhinoceros.

In the first 24hrs after our Pfizer shots, I only experienced some minor aches and felt just a little off for a couple of hours. Now Bonnie will tell you I’m always off but don’t listen to her. Bonnie felt fine and said just her arm was a little sore.
I’ve heard for many the second shot is the worst.
Monte, I don’t think they’ll give you a shot each night to make you sleep, so don’t get your hopes up. 😉

Dang, you popped my bubble!
I found it interesting that I got the shot Saturday morning, had a sore arm and light chills in the evening then felt fine all day Sunday. Midmorning on Monday is when things changed. I’ve also heard the second shot usually has more symptoms. That was true for my youngest granddaughter. However, my oldest daughter had no problems with either shot.

Interesting drawing. I wonder about the meaning of the rhino on the chess piece (rook). Must be something artsy so I don’t get it. 🙂
It sounds like those side effects are fairly common. Looking forward to seeing for myself.

Never saw the pedestal as a chess piece but I believe you’re quite right: artsy. As i mentioned I have felt much better today. I’ve noticed how I tire quickly today. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

I was wondering the same thing with the chess piece! I don’t get it either. And Monte made some type of commentary with the shadow cross over the top of it – enough to blow your mind! 🙂 🙂

😂 Blessings on the rhino, and me!

Your title is quite intriguing, a rhino in Colorado. Hmmm. 🤣 A good night’s sleep, I’ve forgotten what that feels like. I hope my vaccination gives me similar results.

No, someone’s pet rhino did not escape, thank goodness! Last night was another restless night of sleep. However, I do feel fairly rested, enough to function and not need a nap. I hope you are referring to the similar results for sleep and not the flu like symptoms. Have a great day my friend!
