My online journal where I share my interests in photography, nature, coffee life, journaling, fountain pens, bicycling, spirituality and asking deep questions.
This is pretty much all I carry with me in my backpack, anymore. One camera, one lens. My journal and pen. Kindle paperwhite. A light jacket. Sometimes I throw in a small “10” Chromebook. The kitchen sink. And, I don’t usually carry this much cash with me, either. 🙂
Yep, a spare battery and a couple of backup SD cards. Knowing myself, I will always wander off in my head thinking life would be “perfecter” if I had the latest and greatest lens in my bag. But, the reality is, only one lens at a time fit on my camera.

Other than a spare battery or two, that should just about cover it! There’s a lot to be said for simplicity, more people should try it.

The force of gravity increases as you load the pack!

That’s why I took the kitchen sink out. 🙂 Thanks, Steve.
