Yesterday morning, we woke to a late Spring snowfall. When snow comes this time of year it usually brings on wet heavy snow that bends branches and plants due to the added weight of the snow.

Monte, it’s beautiful but I’m more then happy for it to stay where it is. I’m well past any personal mood for winter here. 😉

I was wanting to see the mountains while I was out here in Colorado but the weather has prevented that until this morning. We have clear skies with the mountains in the west covered in snow. Now that’s beautiful!
I checked on them this morning and one of them has broken off, the weight was too much.

I’m crazy about the new look for your work. The site is gorgeous!
I wasn’t crazy abou the reminder of late spring snow. Yecchhh. We had snow on May 10 and I was stunned. My little world is upside down.

Thanks, Anita, and the snow is gone already. This morning is crisp with clear skies. You’d love it!

Man! WTF? 🙂 It’s spring time already, for almost a month. What gives? Can’t mountains read calendars? Beautiful, Monte.

LOL I’m in a small coffee shop in Estes Park, CO, elevation around 8,000 feet and snow is everywhere. they got a lot more than they did in Loveland, Fort Collins area. However, the sun is out and it is warm enough to go without a jacket.

I just returned from southern MA where the temperature was in the low 70s. I arrived in Portland to rain and wind, it definitely felt like snow.
