I enjoy spending time on campus at Colorado State University. The campus is just a few blocks from my condo, an easy walk, bike ride or a short bus ride to the transit center on campus. I use the library for quiet time to read and write. There are three little coffee shops on campus, one in the library and two in the Lory Student Center. There are images everywhere when you look: architecture, colors, patterns, art. And, what a place to watch people, mainly young students, as they move from class to class. And, if your into fast food you’ll think you’ve d moved on to heaven.

Ha! Fast food and college campuses go hand in hand. 🙂 However, the people watching aspect of it is usually pretty interesting, as is a bit of unintentional eavesdropping. When I tune into the conversations of some youngsters, I find that I want to tune out even faster and, sometimes I think, was my conversation, at that age, so inane as what I just heard? Probably so! LOL

Totally agree on the eavesdropping. 🙂 I find the same thing in coffee shops.

Bonnie and I often laugh about how RV parks are such good people watching opportunities — definitely with an older population then a campus. However, I not sure the conversations aren’t almost as inane in their own way. People are interesting, aren’t WE.

Yes, we are. When I traveled in business and when I worked as a flight attendant I enjoyed the people watching in airports. As a flight attendant I overheard some very interesting conversations. We are interesting!
