This is a typical scene in most of the industrialized world. I find people are not aware of most things around them. I’m not sure they are aware of the Red-tailed Hawk sitting in the tree across the street. The song of the robins as they announce the rising sun. The chickadee making it’s two-tone high-low call. The squirrels chasing each other in the tree just behind them. Or the photographer taking their photograph. 🙂

Yes, definitely adults too. In many ways I think we adults are worse than the kids.
