… me what I was doing out in Blendon Woods Park Yesterday afternoon when the temperature never rose above 20 degrees. I suspect it could have been a case of stir-crazy or insanity. Anyway, I took a short walk, long enough to get my hands and feet cold and my heart rate up. However, I did like one image I took facing the late afternoon sun using a large aperture for the starburst effect.
I have more packing to do today then ship a couple of boxes back to Colorado. The less I have in the car the easier it will be on me.

I thought of that while I was there. I even thought about heading over to Inniswood Gardens before I leave. We are cold again today and the predicted 20% chance of snow is making the ground turn white.

Monte, your picture screams cold! On the other hand, when I was a forester, it was a much nicer to be out in the woods on a cold as opposed to a rainy day.

I brought stuff with me that I’m not taking back. Another step in letting go of things or at least reducing them. It is amazing how much I hold on to, emotional things as well as material things. I’m also glad I made it out yesterday because today’s skies are gray, as usual, with light snow falling.
