The original image for this scene was taken this morning on my bicycle ride home from the coffee shop. I am standing at a concrete detention wall that creates a small pond used for water control. I must say the bicycle ride home from the coffee shop, almost two hours later, was much hotter than the ride to the coffee shop. Today is expected to be in the upper 90s and I can feel it now. Same forecast for the next 5 days. And for anyone interested I found out Dairy Queen was closing about 45 franchises due to some franchise issues, primarily Alaska, Texas and Montana. Luckily the closures do not affect my area. Whew!! I hope you stay cool and calm today!

I guess the heat solution is either arrive earlier or leave sooner. Of course you can just put up with it until the weather changes. I was holding my breather about Dairy Queen closing until I saw you didn’t mention North Carolina. 😂
The photo does have a kind of dreamy soft look that works with the scene.

Yes, I thought it was wise for me to add the states that had dairy Queens that were closing. Otherwise, I probably would have had people stop reading my post just to go check and make sure their area was okay. It is rather easy to detect in this image that it is edited with AI. The enhancment added to the height of the mountains, and I asked it to add the water ripple. I haven’t jumped into this creativity stuff yet. All I’ve done is dip my toes. It’s 94 degrees right now at about 2:30 pm.

Come on now, Monte, you’ve been in “creativity stuff” for years, just not AI images! 😉

You just caused me to have a wonderful belly laugh because you are so right!! It’s another reminder of how often it’s difficult to see myself, except through other people’s eyes.
