An interesting quote, Monte. Painting and photography are as different as night and day, as the saying goes. A painting is whatever is in my head. The light, focus, and composition are spot on, if I know what I’m doing. 😉 For a photograph, I have to have the scene/object/person in front of me, in the right light and then compose the shot. The common thread between the two? Seeing. Have a good Friday, Monte.
