“There are some places so beautiful they can make a grown man break down and weep.”
Edward Abbey
It has been a rather cool day, a pleasant change from the past three weeks. I had blood draw last Friday and met with my hematologist this morning to go over those numbers. She was pleased with my numbers because they are stable. So all is good. They are working on the parking lot so we have had constant noise now for two days. The email said they will be done tomorrow. Seems man sure does enjoy their noise machines.

Good news about your blood work and good news about it being cooler. Sounds like a mighty hot time to be doing paving work in a parking lot. That a lovely sunrise and reflections at Pineridge.

Probably three or four months of my working career required me to work outside. I pretty much had a cushy job in an environmentally conditioned environment. It is amazing how some of these construction workers can work in such harsh environments, both winter and summer. But starting tomorrow we get warm again.

Great news on the blood work, Monte. Glad you had a bit of a cool off down there too! Aaahhh!

Thank you, Geri! They are expecting it to be 10 degrees warmer today and 10 degrees warmer than that tomorrow. I hope you two are staying safe and cool!
