This is the last leg of my bicycle ride to one of my favorite coffee shops. And for many of us at the end of this path awaits one of our baristas, always greeting us with a smile, a drink of our choice, and one or two of the irregular/regulars to commiserate with. And it almost never fails that we find one of the squirrels-of-the-oval, at almost every other tree, encouraging us along on this last leg of the mornings journey. And Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers!!!

Happy Father’s Day, Monte.
And, oh, … I know that last leg so well! 🙂

Thank you, my friend! I would suggest that there are a lot of us who’ve walked that leg. I hope you are enjoying this beautiful warm day!

I hope that you had a lovely Father’s Day, Monte. Holding space for you and your Father on The Other Side. This photo reminds me that all I have to do is follow The Path laid before me by The Greater. Thank you and blessings from both of us.

Yes, I did have a quiet and peaceful Father’s Day. I was a bit surprised at how much I missed my dad. First Father’s Day without him.

Beautiful sidewalk under the trees, Monte, but I wouldn’t describe it as the last leg. It looks more like a runway, where you touch down, landing from your journey before taxing up to that coffee shop for refueling. More fitting of your background. 😂 I hope you have an amazing week!

LOL I look forward to reading in your comments because you bring perspectives I glance over or completely miss. Yes, a landing strip into the coffee shop!!!
