It was 11 degrees this morning so no sunrise photo although there was a lovely pink sunrise in the eastern sky. I enjoyed my mocha and conversation with Jeff and John this morning at Mugs. Alissia was our barista. Not a bad way to start a cold Sunday morning. I would like to say and live Remen’s quote as a prayer throughout this day for the world. And a keyword in her quote that stands out for me is “we.” Seems we need a good dose of wisdom, love, and prayer right now. I hope you have a good Sunday. Stay warm and dry for those of you on the eastern coast.

We had a weekend with some friends and have only just returned. They live in Atlanta, and early each year we rent a place somewhere halfway in between to connect and catch up. This year, we took Bentley with us on his first real trip. He did so well and impressed everyone, but he always has to know what is going on, to the detriment of naps, so after a few days, he’s physically worn out. I’m a little tired, myself. Hope you had a good weekend and will have a good week, Monte!

Sounds like fun and I can just see Bentley looking up and asking what are you doing? Then looking up to the next and asking what are doing? The world can be so exciting! I can see why he’s tired!!!
